Dear Parishioner,

Welcome to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and the Mission at Lake Pleasant Parkway! Thank you for taking time to register with the Parish.

Whether we know it or not, each of us is gently steered by God to be part of something bigger than ourselves for some definite purpose. So, in that sense it is no accident that you and I are here in this place at this time.

I look forward to helping you discover how you can best use your time, talent and treasure to build up the Kingdom of God here in Sun City West and beyond. God has put us in a place where we are being called to spread the Gospel to the neighboring towns and villages, in this case in the North Peoria area, where we have purchased land to build the next new Parish in our Diocese.

We are Stewards, each and everyone of us of the gifts entrusted to us by God. A good Steward receives the gifts with gratitude. A good Steward cherishes the gifts entrusted to him or her. A good Steward tends them responsibly, shares them in just and returns them to the Lord with increase.

I am grateful for your presence here at Our Lady of Lourdes and look forward with enthusiasm to working with you as a faithful Steward to do what God would have us do at this time and in this place.
